The DeThomasi family immigrated from the Abruzzo Region of Italy in 1970. They brought with them diverse traditions of foods and recipes that were particularly identified with their regional origins and later became infused with the characteristics of their home in America. In 1978, two brothers, Carlo and Bruno decided to share these delicious traditions with you and continue a legacy of good food and good times.
